We watch someone go to view a house and they can’t understand why they don’t like it as ‘on paper’ it is everything they wanted. Yet they can then visit a property that has few of the things they asked for but they just love it, and it ‘feels like their home’.

How I Can Help
One of the services I offer is to take a ‘virtual’ look at your home and garden (if you have one) using video calling such as Whatsapp, and I then explain to you in a written report by email (usually within a week after seeing your home and speaking with you) what changes you can make which will help your property to be more saleable.
The report will cover the feng shui improvements you can make to your individual property and also other changes I recommend for you based on my experience selling properties and studying property, along with some law of attraction advice. So, it's a 3-pronged approach to help you best!
I charge between £150 and £450 depending on the size of your home and how much needs to be done.

Selling a home can be the most profitable thing we can ever do if we get it right.
But people can all too easily lose tens of thousands of pounds/dollars/euros when they feel pressured by an agent and circumstances to accept a low offer from a buyer. And if you find your home is not attracting many buyers and offers you won't necessarily have the luxury of waiting for a better offer.
But if a buyer LOVES your home and really wants it, the chances are they will put in a serious offer as they don’t want to risk losing it - especially if they know other buyers are also interested. If they only like your home (but they don’t love it) they will probably try a cheeky low offer as they are not emotionally invested in your home.
So, my aim is to help you achieve a good sale and hopefully a shorter, easier process. There are no guarantees of course, but in my experience it certainly seems to help things and I use the same techniques I offer you with this service, when I sell my own homes.
